Description: Great communication skills, time management & organizational skills. must have great attention to detail read & understand shop prints 3-5 years experience of AutoCad able to work independently or as part of a team must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently microsoft office knowledge is required must have experience as shop supervisor experience in a fabrication environment familiar with shearing, forming, fitting and welding metal structural shapes and assemblies bidder/estimator knowledge of machining and fabrication processes and equipment used in both shops must be able to interpret drawings, sketches proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure
