At Martin's Metal safety IS our priority! We have a well written program that entitles every person working for Martin's Metal a SAFE and healthy environment. Our Accident Prevention Program includes formal safety training, audits, inspections and reporting. We recognize that accident prevention is everyones responsibility, from the President to our skilled employees. We train our managers, supervisors and employees to identify and correct unsafe conditions and more importantly unsafe work practices. We have a full-time Safety Manager and sub-committe that reports directly to the our Executive Manager and President. Safety is not just another requirement, but it's how we do business. SAFETY FIRST
